Nationwide Coverage
Nevada-licensed practice with affiliated entity coordination for out-of-state debtors. Single relationship, multi-state coverage.
Vegas Valley's Nevada license authorizes collection activity across all 17 Nevada counties. For clients with debtors outside Nevada, we coordinate through affiliated entities licensed in additional states — letting you manage one relationship while we handle multi-state licensing complexity behind the scenes.
This is built for clients who place primarily within Nevada but occasionally have out-of-state debtors, and for out-of-state creditors whose debtors live in Nevada. We don't claim 50-state licensing on our own — we tell you which accounts we service directly and which route through affiliates.
How Multi-State Coordination Works
- You place a mixed portfolio. Accounts include Nevada debtors and out-of-state debtors.
- We segment at intake. Nevada accounts run through our direct workflow. Out-of-state accounts route to appropriately licensed affiliated agencies.
- Consolidated reporting. You see all accounts in one portal regardless of which affiliate is working them. Remittance is consolidated.
- Single relationship. You manage one agreement and one account manager. We handle the licensing complexity.
Nevada Out-of-State Creditors
If your business is headquartered outside Nevada but you have debtors in Nevada, you can place those accounts directly with Vegas Valley under our Nevada license. This is a common pattern for SaaS, telecom, e-commerce, and lending portfolios with Nevada exposure but no Nevada presence.
What This Isn't
This is not a 50-state direct license. We're a Nevada-licensed agency that coordinates with appropriately licensed partners for out-of-state accounts. Some out-of-state portfolios are not a fit — we'll tell you at intake when that's the case rather than accept accounts we can't properly service.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. We're licensed in Nevada. For debtors in other states, we coordinate through affiliated entities or licensed partners with appropriate state licenses. We disclose this at intake — we don't represent ourselves as nationally licensed.
Consolidated. You receive one remittance per period covering all accounts regardless of which affiliate worked which account. Your reporting portal shows all activity in one view.
The affiliate licensed in the debtor's state handles state-specific compliance for accounts they service. We oversee the relationship and verify license status periodically.
If most of your portfolio is outside Nevada, an agency licensed in your primary debtor states will likely be a better direct fit. We'll tell you at intake when that's the case.
